What is a granny flat?

Do I need a permit?
Yes. Even if the home has wheels, a permit is still required. The specific requirements will vary, depending on the municipality.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. A one-year manufacturer’s warranty is included, and there are also specific component warranties available based on the specifics of the model.
